We hope you enjoyed ordering all your Ka’iulani Collective goodies. Here is our Shipping Policy to ensure you’re aware of what happens once we receive an order to be packaged.
Processing Time
Once you place an order with us, processing can take up to 3-5 business days. We strive to process your order in a timely manner.
Shipping Your Package Out
Once a package has left our possession and is with the mail carrier, the only information we are provided with is the tracking number. Because of this, we are not held responsible for damages, delay, loss, or theft. We understand that if a package went missing or is lost, we can provide you with your packages tracking number, so that you’re able to locate the packages whereabouts.
In the case where a package is delayed in shipment, please be patient as our mail carriers work diligently and hard to get you your mail within a timely manner.
All domestic orders are sent via USPS. While we cannot guarantee a delivery date, shipping will take between 3-6 business days.
Insufficient Address
If a package is returned to Ka’iulani Collective with an "insufficient address, unable to forward, or return to sender" the customer is responsible to update their address and cover the additional cost of shipping.
